Use of the site
You may browse, read and print the material here for your own internal evaluation and purchasing decisions. Republishing our pages at scale, scraping the parts database, or re-presenting our content as your own requires our written permission. The GARDARA name, logo and page design are our property.
Quotations and order formation
Prices, lead times and stock shown or quoted are indications, not offers, and are valid only for the window stated on the quotation. Memory is a market where price and allocation move quickly, so every quotation carries an expiry date. A contract is formed only when we accept your purchase order in writing; our acceptance, the quotation and this section together are the terms of that contract.
Samples
Samples are supplied for evaluation in your own system. They are not a production commitment on a specific lot, they are provided without warranty of fitness unless a written agreement says otherwise, and evaluation remains your responsibility. Standard sample quantities and shipping terms are stated on the sample page.
Technical information
Specifications, standards references and application guidance published here are for orientation. Datasheets belong to their manufacturers. Confirm the governing datasheet revision, the SPD content and the platform compatibility list before you design in a part.

Liability
