What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, company, email address, part numbers or requirement text, and any detail you choose to add.
- Automatically: the IP address of the request, the referring page and the timestamp, which are stored with a submission to help us trace abuse and spam.
- A language preference cookie, so the site remembers whether you last viewed it in English or Chinese.
We do not run an advertising network, a third-party analytics tracker or a social pixel on this site. There is no user registration, no comment system and no shopping cart, so we never ask for or store payment credentials or passwords.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your request: to prepare a quotation, arrange samples, run a compatibility or failure analysis, and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. Legal basis: your explicit submission of the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Who sees it
Submissions are stored in this site database on our own server and copied to our business mailbox by email. Our hosting and mail providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for up to three years where a quotation, order or warranty claim exists. Server access logs are kept for a short rolling period for security purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the address above with the email you used in the form. If you ask us to delete a record that supports an active order or warranty, we will explain what we are obliged to retain and why.
International transfer
The site is hosted outside China and enquiries are answered by a team that may work from different countries. If you submit a form, you are sending your details to us for the purposes described above.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date on this page. Continuing to use the forms after an update means the new version applies.
