Warranty terms scale with grade, reflecting the expected life of each product family:
- Consumer SSD & memory: 3-year limited warranty.
- Industrial memory: 5-year limited warranty.
- Automotive: per AEC-Q100 / program agreement.
- Data-center / enterprise: per contract.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, out-of-spec operating conditions, or unauthorized modification. See Returns & RMA for how claims are handled.
