Returns
- Consumer parts: returnable within 30 days if unopened and in original condition.
- Industrial / automotive / data-center: sample units are non-returnable once shipped; production returns are handled case by case.
RMA process
- Contact us with the order and part details and the observed failure.
- We issue an RMA number with shipping instructions.
- Returned units are tested; confirmed defects are replaced or credited per the warranty terms.
